Provides supervision for Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants. Required Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist Preferred Experience: Skilled nursing facility experience Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy
