OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Package Handlers

Location Details: 701 Crossroads Blvd. Door S, Logan Township, NJ 08085

 

Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour Peak Pay Bonus Incentive!

 

Shifts:

• Sunday through Tuesday from 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM or End of Sort.
• Thursday through Saturday from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM or End of Sort.

Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

As a Seasonal Package Handler, you’ll be a key player in keeping the warehouse running smoothly. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment.

 

This is a seasonal position designed to support increased demand during our business months, with the potential for continued employment based on performance and business needs.

The Must-Haves:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

EMS began in Canada and expanded its operation through the acquisitions of several Canadian and American courier companies. They saw an opportunity to provide a more affordable next-day service from Los Angeles to San Francisco and created California Overnight.

The first California Overnight customers were architects and lawyers, and we quickly grew to help other industries reduce their logistics spend without sacrificing next-day service. We expanded to the rest of California, and then added Nevada in 1996, Arizona in 1997, and Oregon and Washington in 2005. We knew that we had outgrown the California Overnight name, and began preparations for a name change.

California Overnight, OnTrac & 65 Million Consumers
OnTrac logoIn 2008, California Overnight changed its name to OnTrac. It was the name of our shipping software, which had already been in use for over a decade. OnTrac marked the first year of its new name by opening service to Utah. We then added Colorado in 2011, and Idaho in 2013.

The 8-state service area gave customers an opportunity to quickly reach over 65 million consumers without paying the extra fees charged by other companies.
