Vice President of Operations Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Private Duty and Personal Care Home Health provider looking for a Vice President of Operations based anywhere in the state of Oklahoma (or nearby). This position is primarily remote with some state-wide travel required. This person will oversee all operations of a non-skilled home care service line. A clinician with a case management background is preferred but not required. Multi-site Personal Care or Private Duty Home Care leadership experience is a must. Must be familiar with Oklahoma Medicaid programs. Vice President of Operations Job Requirements Private-Duty / Personal Home Care multi-site leadership experience. Experience with Medicaid, Medicaid Advantage, Managed Care, Insurance, and Private Pay payer sources. Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Medical Social Worker preferred. Operations and business development background. Vice President of Operations Responsibilities Oversight of day-to-day operations of state-wide Home Care service line. Travel as needed to area offices. Implement growth strategies and improve processes.
