Momento, a Chicago based sports fan experience and data company, is currently accepting applications for the Vice President, Data Analytics position. This position will oversee Momentos data strategy, leading a team to develop the logic for sourcing data and various delivery methods to clients. Momento is a sports fan experience service that provides the rollercoaster ride photo for every fan at every moment from every game. Momento also helps teams and brand connect on a deeper level with their audience through unique analytics and insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the organizations data strategy
• Setting policies and procedures on how Momento determines data points that are delivered to clients
• Lead efforts to interpret data to support both internal and external needs
• Work closely with Client Services to understand client questions and find creative ways to provide answers using procured data
• Collaborate with other team members to align data initiatives with company-wide goals and objectives
• Manage the Momento database and CRM, ensuring that we are compliant with SOC-2 data privacy and security standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data science and/or data analytics in and around the sports industry
• 3-5 years experience in statistical analysis and data science
• Experience leading a team of problem-solvers and innovators
• Bachelors Degree required
• Masters Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business and/or Economics preferred

Compensation & Expectations

• Salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience
• Full-time role with health benefits
• At Momento offices in Evanston, IL a minimum of three (3) times per week
