Position Summary: Community Medical Center is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment focused on supporting children in achieving developmental milestones and functional independence. This role involves working with children and families to develop customized therapeutic strategies within inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess developmental and functional abilities of pediatric patients and establish individualized therapy plans
• Provide interventions targeting motor skills, sensory integration, self-care tasks, and play-based therapy
• Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and integration of therapeutic activities in the home environment
• Coordinate with pediatricians, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and educators to provide holistic care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, assessments, and progress reports
• Monitor outcomes and adjust therapy plans based on patient response and evolving needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant pediatric rehabilitation protocols and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Montana (or compact license if applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to working with children and families
• Ability to adapt interventions creatively to suit individual learning and developmental styles
