System Integrator

The Shattuck Group is looking for a System Integrator to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a System Integrator you will provide end to end project management. You will provide support for multiple concurrent data science and software development projects. You will be part of the larger team comprised of additional project managers and work in collaboration with other existing Sponsor staff and team to help plan, lead, and manage multiple project teams with various stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with full scope polygraph
• Experience managing projects in JIRA/Confluence
• Project Management experience with data exploitation systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work well in dynamic technical environment with all levels of personnel-teammates, associate contractors, and customer staff
• Familiarity with customer Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) process and packages; ability to lead and coordinate through A&A lifecycle

Additional Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience managing projects to include an understanding of project scope, timelines and resources
• Previous experience working with Agile workflows and a strong understanding of the Agile framework
• Ability to anticipate, identify, track, and mitigate project risks, scope, creep, etc.
• Ability to produce Project deliverables such as milestone charts, burn down reports, project status overviews, etc.
• Ability to understand high level technical concepts and provide briefings to senior leadership
• Ability to gather and document requirements while managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
