Role Overview The Store Manager leads a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, meet goals, and uphold our brand standards. This role involves managing operations, team development, and business growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Ensure outstanding guest experience by modeling and coaching store rules. Set expectations for store and team readiness. Manage floor flow and guest interactions. Develop and monitor team members' action plans and provide timely feedback. Foster a culture of simplicity, fun, and style. Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions. Build professional relationships with optical doctors and store partners. Recruit, schedule, and manage store staff efficiently. Oversee inventory, shrinkage, and store presentation. Ensure compliance with policies and execution of marketing programs. Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years in customer service or retail Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven Strong critical thinking and leadership skills Preferred Opticianry License or ABO Certification 3+ years management experience Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $28.13 - $50.30 per hour. Compensation is influenced by location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts.
