We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and career development. Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team. As an HVAC Sheet Metal mechanic, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure all work meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities of a Sheet Metal Mechanic:
· Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the necessary amount of material required to complete projects.
· Measure and cut material.
· Operate all equipment necessary to complete projects including milling machines, saws, drills, etc.
· Inspect and maintain material quality.
· Document and submit work orders as necessary.
· Work as a team with other employees to complete projects safely and efficiently.
· Maintain a clean work area and perform regular housekeeping.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a Sheet Metal Mechanic:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic
· Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, blueprints, and schematics.
· Proficiency with hand and power tools.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
