This role will work directly with front office teams, so you'll have extensive opportunity to work directly with traders and portfolio managers to gather requirements, build solutions, solicit feedback, and address high-priority issues. Most of the engineers have worked together on this team for 8+ years, so they have a tight-knit, collaborative, open culture, and significant institutional knowledge, engineering, and domain expertise. This firm is known for their outstanding culture, quality of life, learning opportunities, and retention. This team rarely hires due to their outstanding retention, so this is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile team building revenue generating applications at one of the top quantitative hedge funds in Boston!
