Overview
As a Sales and Administration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts while ensuring smooth administrative operations. This dynamic position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the heartbeat of our sales team, coordinating activities that enhance productivity and foster strong client relationships.

What you’ll do

• Manage the entry and coordination of sales for a territory consisting of 42 sales representatives.
• Prepare, issue, and track client invoices utilizing QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales transactions and client accounts.
• Provide superior customer service, addressing client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and support.
• Assist management with administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks, including invoicing.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service and administrative support.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Compensation and Structure

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
• Compensation will be determined based on experience and discussed during the interview process.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule, beginning with two days per week.
• Opportunity for increased hours as responsibilities expand.
