Develop and implement safety programs tailored to civil construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
Monitor and enforce adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters on-site in Boston.
