We are currently seeking a Remote SAP Security consultant to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Objective: We are requesting the allocation of an IT Specialist/Analyst to support our Salesforce platform. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce system to meet organizational needs and objectives.

Job Description:

• Position: IT Specialist/Analyst
• Primary Responsibility: To provide comprehensive support for Salesforce, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, user support, and customization.
• Key Duties:
  • Administer and manage the Salesforce platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce.
  • Provide user support and training for Salesforce functionalities.
  • Customize Salesforce to align with business processes.
  • Develop and implement workflows, custom objects, fields, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill Salesforce-related requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.
• Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience”
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist/Analyst with a focus on Salesforce support.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, customization, and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce (preferred).
