We are always looking for talented individuals to join our Facilities and Operations team. Specific openings in Reliability Engineering occur frequently.

This is an evergreen role, meaning we are always accepting applications to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

Details on the role:

1. Execute calibration interval determination assessments for instruments on new systems.
2. Drive continuous improvement of maintenance, calibration, and engineering service delivery, adopting and deploying best practices across the GxP sites.
3. Contribute to the development of an asset life cycle management plan.
4. Develop asset maintenance plans and required spare parts from Reliability Engineering assessments and field walk-downs to prolong equipment lifespan.
5. Perform spare parts risk assessments to determine recommended stock levels, minimizing unplanned part-related downtime.
6. Prepare and submit change requests for asset, maintenance, calibration, and spare parts updates in the CMMS.
7. Identify and implement asset, maintenance, calibration, and spare parts improvements in the CMMS based on equipment trending, feedback to reliability, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment to prevent future failures and reduce unplanned downtime.
9. Conduct reliability assessments and analyses to identify potential failure modes and develop mitigation strategies.
10. Track completion of CMMS change requests and activation of CMMS attributes by system for project-related facilities, equipment, and utilities, ensuring operational readiness of GxP sites.
11. Develop and advance Reliability Engineering KPIs to improve equipment reliability and decision-making.
