Job Title: Powder Coat Painter

Job Description

Join our team as a Powder Coat Painter, specializing in coating Generac parts. This position involves working in a paint booth, preparing surfaces, and applying powder coatings using spray guns.

Responsibilities

• Perform powder coat painting for Generac parts.

• Prepare surfaces for painting.

• Operate a spray gun within a paint booth.

• Ensure quality standards are met for painted products.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of experience in powder coat painting.

• Proficiency with painting techniques, including paint prep and spray paint.

• Experience working in a paint booth environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with wet spray paint.

• Knowledge of industrial painting processes.

Work Environment

The position operates on the first shift, Tuesday to Friday, from 5 am to 3 pm. Occasionally, work may be required on Mondays. The environment is supportive, with a focus on skill development and career progression.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.10 - $20.10/hr.
