Job Description
General Warehouse candidate to help do warehouse some of the following duties. PART-TIME position - 10-2pm/flexible
*****Assist the Warehouse Coordinator with the following essential duties and responsibilities*****
Outgoing shipping/traffic activities
Helps prepare BOL's, shipper's letters of instructions, and other shipping documentation as required per shipment
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule(load, pack, wrap, label and ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock products(pick unload, label store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean an safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Track and report any discrepancies
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
Support customers and sales reps supplying stock status, estimated weights, dimensions for shipping charges and transit times to international and domestic destinations
Excellent communication skills, ability to work with customers to resolve any issues satisfactory to the customer
Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
Main responsibilities for the part time position are:-
Familiarity with FIFO, Cycle counting/counting large sums of inventory
UPS World shipping and/or freight experience
Must be able to operate a Forklift, pallet jack and power and hand tools and experience preparing shipping documents
Must have Word & Excel experience
