Job Description

This entry-level position provides hands-on training in marketing, community engagement, and business development, making it an ideal stepping-stone toward a successful career in marketing, communications, or business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist with planning and executing community events and local store marketing initiatives.
  • Support social media efforts, including content creation, posting, and engagement with guests.
  • Help design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, digital content, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate and assist with catering promotions and delivery marketing.
  • Track guest feedback and provide input for marketing reports and strategies.
  • Represent Chick-fil-A positively at community events and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 2nd Mile Service to guests.
  • Ensure stations are cleaned according to food safety and BOH standards.
  • Learn and support all restaurant positions to assist when needed.
  • Execute operational responsibilities according to company standards.
  • Provide additional operational support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous related office or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and quick to learn marketing tools or applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with community partners and guests.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
