Oley Valley Animal Clinic is looking for a Managing Veterinarian to join their team!
Oley Valley Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care. The Opportunity:
As the Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the rules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.
Your Qualifications:
· Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program, and have an active license
· Unwavering commitment to practicing world-class veterinary medicine
· Skillful ability to delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team

Compensation
• Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)
• Production based bonuses
• Sign-on, retention, and relocation bonuses available
