TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a local contract nurse RN Hospice for a local contract nursing job in Colchester, Vermont.

10H Days 
CRU NEED, MUST START IN NEXT TWO WEEKS.
Has to work until 12/21.

Hospice RN:
Call coverage rarely needed but could cover on call team.
Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:
• AHA BLS required
• A minimum of 3 years of prior community hospice experience
• Will need excellent typing skills as they have a narrative heavy EMR
• Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education
• Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills
• Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, family, and team
• Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes)

Additional Information: • IVS to OFFER • Monday to Sunday • Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday , next orientation is 8/18 • No block schedules for any reason • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
