This position is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining an application or applications and provides guidance, leadership, and technical supervision to teams of application analysts in their area of expertise. This includes trouble shooting, researching, and solving technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand the overall business roadmaps and prioritizes accordingly. Comfortable managing and communicating pertinent information as needed. Strong understanding of the business/technical work/workflows.
This position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person activities for the organization, with some tasks requiring a physical presence at the company's sites. Candidate should live within the tri-state area
Experience Required6-10 years required
7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary
Education RequirementsBachelors preferred
Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare preferred.
7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Preferred:
RN, PT, OT, MA, LPN.
Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system.
Epic Certification in Optime, Anesthesia and Stork preferred
Special Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in high pace work environment.
