Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Responsibilities Create, edit, and resize visual assets for various digital platforms Collaborate with product managers, content strategists, researchers, and designers to ensure cohesive visual executions Contribute to the maintenance and growth of illustration/animation libraries within the client's design system Stay updated on the latest graphic design techniques and trends Ensure designs are accessible and meet usability standards Create, edit, and resize icons, pictograms, illustrations, and motion graphics in various formats and platforms Collaborate closely with product managers, content strategists, research, and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual executions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field 0-2 years of experience in a UI/UX or design role (including internships and freelance work) with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere) Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD Strong illustration skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work onsite and participate in collaborative design and research Bonus: Experience in animation, motion graphics, and video game elements The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
