Job Title: IT Project Manager – Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Position Summary:

E6's client is seeking an experienced and technically fluent IT Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between security architecture, engineering, and operations teams, driving IAM projects from planning to execution across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate IAM/PAM programs, ensuring secure access governance, privileged account vaulting, and identity lifecycle automation.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, including non-human identity onboarding (NHI) across AWS, Azure, and legacy systems.
• Oversee execution of key IAM controls, including MFA implementation, RBAC policies, and SSO integrations, aligning with compliance requirements and user enablement goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for IAM project stakeholders—facilitating collaboration, status updates, risk mitigation, and delivery milestones.
• Own project documentation, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment across technical and business teams.
• Develop and track metrics such as vault adoption, identity coverage, and access-related risk, using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet both technical and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with complex IT or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk CCP, SailPoint, Okta).
• Understanding of cloud identity models (AWS, Azure) and associated tooling for access control and governance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus on project scope, design, and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
• Experience building or working with IAM dashboards/KPIs in tools such as Power BI or Splunk.
