Due to our expansive growth, Home Comfort Experts is looking for a high-level  Service Manager  to join the team of professionals. The Service Manager is responsible for managing a dynamic, performance-driven team that believes in providing 5-star service to clients while exceeding company expectations. Serving as a leader, motivator, trainer, recruiter, and sales driver, the Manager inspires their team to provide customers with superior service, which results in higher lead conversion and client fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily operations, team coordination, and customer service excellence
• Develop and implement in-home sales strategies tailored to residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Train and mentor field technicians and sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing techniques
• Monitor sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with service managers to ensure seamless integration of sales and service delivery
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews of field staff
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably in residential service
• Proven track record in in-home sales and customer consultation
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical services is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
