Job Title: Roller/Header OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated Roller/Header Operators to join our 2nd shift team. This role involves working with fastener solutions that cater to a wide range of industries, including automotive, industrial, rail, and shipbuilding. As a Roller/Header Operator, you will participate in a comprehensive training program to develop essential skills for operating and managing fastener machines.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate equipment such as fastener, screw, and thread machines.Participate fully in the training program to develop necessary skills.Utilize appropriate measurement tools for precision work.Read and understand blueprints to ensure accurate production.Check parts for surface discontinuities to maintain quality standards.Learn to weld wire as part of the production process.Essential Skills3 years of experience with fastener or screw machines, including thread, roll, and header operations.Ability to set up machines, make adjustments, and troubleshoot equipment to produce quality parts.Why Work Here?Join a big company offering good benefits, insurance, and a 401k plan.
