This pivotal role will lead the comprehensive product marketing function for all Trust, Safety, and Positive Play initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping the narrative around Roblox's commitment to safety, working closely with our Creator PMM organization and Developer Relations(DevRel) team to establish and scale innovative programs that celebrate and amplify how our creators contribute to platform safety. You will architect and oversee the end-to-end go-to-market strategy (including positioning, messaging architecture, content strategy, channel planning, and performance measurement) for all Safety product and policy launches. This leadership extends to establishing the framework for gathering and integrating deep audience insights (parents, creators, advertisers) to strategically influence the product roadmap. This role demands exceptional cross-functional leadership, fostering deep collaboration with Engineering, Product, Policy, Civility, Marketing, Partnerships, DevRel, Research, and Communications. Your proven expertise in marketing strategy development, executive-level execution, cross-functional team leadership, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record of successful consumer/creator product launches at scale is essential. Role is based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters on a hybrid model, in-person three days a week #LI-Hybrid You Will: Define and lead the strategic direction for all Trust & Safety product marketing initiatives, setting the vision for go-to-market excellence, messaging frameworks, and content strategies for our Safety products, policies, and features Establish and nurture strategic partnerships across Product Management, Engineering, Public Policy, Legal, and Civility teams, serving as the central hub for insight synthesis and ensuring organizational alignment on our overarching safety strategy and communications. Orchestrate a unified safety marketing strategy in close collaboration with the Integrated Marketing Lead, seamlessly integrating product launches, policy innovations, partnership programs, and broader brand narratives. Champion parent advocacy by partnering strategically with the Head of Parental Advocacy and the Policy team, ensuring that a deep, empathetic understanding of parental needs and concerns is embedded into all product briefs and solution designs. Elevate the impact of our User Experience Research (UXR) team's insights, developing robust measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrably showcase the efficacy and impact of our Trust & Safety efforts across the platform. Strategically integrate and amplify the work of our Civility teams, including operationalizing the insights from initiatives like the Teen Council into our product development and marketing workflows, and ensuring the compelling narrative of our progress is broadly communicated through scalable marketing assets. Spearhead executive-level communication of product details, launches, and strategic shifts, ensuring all internal stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, are fully informed and external partners experience seamless transitions. Proactively influence the Trust & Safety product roadmap by leading the synthesis and strategic packaging of audience insights and partner perspectives, ensuring these are introduced at critical junctures of product development to drive impactful outcomes. Establish systematic processes for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating audience feedback to continuously fuel the improvement of existing products, messaging, and overall user experience. You Have: 14 + years Product Marketing experience with a leading global technology platform with experience in Trust and Safety, Privacy, Integrity or Policy High caliber PMM skills including messaging, positioning and outbound marketing/content strategy. Experience leading omnichannel product marketing strategies. Experience driving deep internal partnerships, agreement and working with team members at all levels. Collaborative, perpetually curious with an extremely high-level of audience focus. Identify gaps and opportunities and influence relevant teams and executive leadership to reach resolution. Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Experience presenting at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Passionate about safety and building platforms to protect and grow communities For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page . Annual Salary Range

$295,030 — $331,860 USD
