A well-respected national firm is seeking a mid-level Investment Management/Fund Formation Associate to join their team in Chicago HQ (though will consider NY, DC, Dallas, or LA). This will specifically work on registered funds and candidates will have 2+ years of expeirence in private practice working on 40 Act work.
