We invite you to join our diverse Team of passionate bourbon enthusiasts as we share the story of Four Roses with new friends from around the globe! Nestled quietly alongside the Salt River in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky sits a beautiful, historic distillery featuring a Spanish Mission style architecture. Our story began in 1888, and the passion poured into building our brand still drives us today.

Four Roses Distillery, LLC is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and positive individuals to join our growing Team! Our Guest Experience Hosts lead groups on a journey through our distillation process around the distillery and grounds and on to explore our ten unique recipes and mash bills, as we guide through tastings of our award-winning bourbons. Help our guests browse through our retail shop or prepare delicious cocktails in Bar 1888.

At Four Roses Visitor Centers, our top priority is to create a memorable, mellow visit, where every guest is a VIP. A top growing brand, we take pride in producing the highest quality bourbon and mirroring that in our visitor experience, where every detail counts.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Can comfortably speak in front of groups of 25
• Is committed to delivering best- in- class guest service
• Loves working in a fun, high-energy environment
• Has open availability, including weekends
• Appreciates meeting people from all walks of life
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for storytelling
• Personable and outgoing /enthusiastic

You can expect daily:

• Host 3-4 experiences for guests
• Assist with set up for tastings and tours
• Help customers make retail purchases
• Check in guests and assist with reservations
• Provide support for inventory management
• Chat with guests to educate on our brand, our experience and the area
• Learn to craft cocktails
• You’ll get your steps in!
• No two days are the same!
