Customer Success Associate

Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Associate for hybrid work based in the Certasun main office in Buffalo Grove. The associate will provide exceptional customer support for our installed customer base. The Associate will handle calls and messages from our customers who have questions about their installations or need technical support.

This person will work closely with colleagues in our operations department. We are seeking compelling professionals to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers proactively regarding the performance of their solar system, and respond promptly to inbound requests for information or support.
• Take ownership of cases and resolve customer issues by working closely with other departments.
• Learn and use remote monitoring software to explain system performance to customers and to diagnose system issues.
• Provide Certasun leadership with regular status reports
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and complete special projects as required by management

Desired Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience, with excellent professional communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience with solar a plus
• Highly organized with absolute attention to detail
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
