Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher Addison, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18–$20/hour • Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM or 2 PM–10 PM ROLE IMPACT This role is essential in ensuring prompt and professional handling of client service requests from initiation through completion. The Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher serves as the communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain seamless service delivery, problem resolution, and vendor coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Respond to and manage inbound service requests via phone, email, or SMS • Dispatch and source third-party vendors as needed • Maintain communication with clients regarding service updates, delays, and completions • Create and track jobs in internal systems, ensuring all documentation (photos, payments, notes) is up to date • Collaborate with internal departments to meet service level objectives and client satisfaction MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ year experience in customer service, dispatching, or clerical roles • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based communication tools • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and confidentiality management skills • College degree or equivalent experience preferred CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Internal job tracking platforms • SMS-based client/vendor communication tools PREFERRED SKILLS • Prior dispatching experience • Experience working in high-volume, multi-channel communication environments • Ability to onboard and manage third-party vendor relationships LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
