We are looking for experienced commercial roofer in Jacksonville, FL!
Pay starting at $20/hr. BOE Se habla Espaol! Commercial Roofer Summary : Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
- Able to work well in a team setting
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
Commercial Roofer Requirements: - 3-5 years of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid ID
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States

Travel: Most work is within 1-2 hours. Northern Florida, Georgia, Panama City
Requisitos que techadores y trabajadores comercial: - Disfrutar trabajar en equipo al aire libre con la naturaleza

- Realizar trabajos de techado de acuerdo con las especificaciones del trabajo y siguiendo las reglas de seguridad.
- Debe tener al menos 18 aos
- Licencia de conducir valida
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de techo, incluyendo EPDM, TPO,PVC, Y pendiente bajas. El conocimiento de estos sistemas es util pero no obligatorio.
- La experiencia anterior en techado o construccion residencial y/o comercial es una ventaja
Las condiciones de trabajo: - Entorno fisico: Ambiente de campo con exposicion a alturas, ruido y temperature
- Esfuerzo Fisico: Estar de pie mucho tiempo, caminar, subir escaleras. Levantamiento frecuente ect.
- Viajes: Mayormente local; hasta 1 hora de distancia
