Join our dynamic team at Waste Masters Solutions, LLC as a safety-conscious CDL-A Tractor Trailer Driver . We value good people who are also exceptional drivers, and while experience in the trash industry is a plus, it is not a requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate a Tractor Trailer with a walking floor on designated routes.
• Efficiently read route sheets and service each customer as assigned by the dispatcher.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring all fluids, safety equipment, and tires are checked.
• Engage courteously with customers and perform any additional job-related duties as required.
• A typical schedule starts at 4 am from Monday to Friday; occasional Saturdays are needed, but no Sundays. Expect to work around 55 hours per week.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Requires extensive physical activity, including heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects over 50 pounds.
• Work environments may present physical risks involving moving mechanical parts; adherence to basic safety precautions is necessary.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including frequent humidity, as well as fumes and vibrations.
• Noisy environments are usually moderate.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL with air brakes endorsement is a must.
• Able to perform pre and post-trip inspections.
• Capable of physical labor in varying weather conditions.
