Job Description
We are hiring for a Bookkeeper in Madison, WI. This role will focus on processing payroll as well as assisting with accounts receivable. You will be able to work a hybrid schedule of three days a week from home. If you have at least two years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll in ADP WFN for approximately 150 employees
Verify and audit timecards for accuracy
Wage garnishments and taxes
Create and send out invoices as well as assist with cash applications
Requirements:
Two or more years of payroll and accounts receivable experience
Higher education desired but not required
Comfortable working in multiple softwares
Professional communication skills both verbal and written
