FLSA Status: Hourly,Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour and depending on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to fill a dual-role position combining front desk reception duties with shipping and billing responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. Spanish fluency is essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Receptionist Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish; take messages and route calls appropriately.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Shipping & Billing Clerk Duties:

• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
• Generate invoices and billing statements in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with accounting and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with Spanish-speaking employees and vendors regarding billing and shipping inquiries.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or shipping/billing role.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with billing software a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
• Extended periods of sitting and computer use.
• Occasional standing and walking to assist with shipping tasks.
