Key Responsibilities:Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial recordsHandle accounts payable and receivableReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statementsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsAssist with budget tracking, forecasting, and financial analysisUse QuickBooks to enter transactions, generate reports, and manage accountsCommunicate clearly and professionally with international clients and internal teamsEnsure compliance with local Egyptian tax laws and international standards (GAAP/IFRS)Support internal audits, payroll processing, and other administrative accounting tasksMaintain confidentiality of financial data and company informationQualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1+ years of professional experience in accountingProficient in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)Strong English communication skills, both written and verbalCustomer service mindset with a professional and proactive attitudeSolid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingStrong Excel and spreadsheet skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with U.S.-based or international companiesKnowledge of Egyptian tax reporting requirementsFamiliarity with other accounting tools like Xero or Zoho BooksPrevious experience supporting remote or offshore operationsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunities to work with international teamsRoom for growth and development in a fast-paced organizationA positive and collaborative work environment
