Job Title: Structural Welder – OT + Differential Pay

We’re growing and looking for Structural Welders to join our team! Whether you're a seasoned or just completed welding school, this is a great opportunity to launch or grow your welding career.
What You’ll Do:
Interpret blueprints and layout plans
Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG)
Perform 3G (vertical) welds and grind finished welds
Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
What You Bring:
Strong skills in MIG and Flux welding
Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
Experience setting amperage/voltage and grinding welds
Must pass a 3G MIG all the way out weld test

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
